Refunds must be requested within 10 days.If your lotions are damaged contact us immediately and tell us what was damaged. We will arrange to replace it as soon as possible. If you recieve a lotion that you did not order keep the packaging and contact us immediately.If you return a lotion for any reason besides damage shipping charges will be accessed to you but we will refund your money for the lotion.
